Log into your account or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship to Camera West
Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our inspection center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the gear for condition and functionality, after which a refund or credit will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
